Today was our last full day in Spain and we enjoyed a fun day of sightseeing. We were able to visit La Sagrada Familia which is a famous cathedral; El Arco de Triunfo (which is similar to L’Arc du Triomphe in France); and Las Ramblas which is a neat area with many souvenir shops. In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious meal and fellowship with Agusti and Dubra Lopez and several other Christians from the local area. We have greatly enjoyed getting to know them!
Tomorrow, we will finalize our packing, wrap things up at Casa Eben-Ezer, and head to the Barcelona airport.
Our itinerary takes us from Barcelona, Spain back to Reykjavik, Iceland; then to Boston. From Boston, our team members will take individual flights to return home.
