Saturday, we spent the day with David Price and his family, working with the children at their weekly afternoon Bible club. After some fun and games, Pastor Price shared a Bible lesson about David being chosen from his many brothers, emphasizing the fact that man looks on the outside, but God looks on the heart. Later in the evening, we were able to attend a gathering with some French teens from the church (along with a couple visitors from the area), where Michael Colucci was able to share a devotional. We all enjoyed the fellowship as we gathering around the fire pit to roast hotdogs and marshmallows, while getting to know a little bit of French culture.
Sunday morning, we attended Comminges Bible Baptiste Church, where our group contributed music and preaching to the service. Heather Fenison and Rachel Way shared their salvation testimonies which were a blessing to the members and to our team also.
Later that night, we went to a festival celebrating Bastille Day and watched a brilliant fireworks display, ending our day with nearly the entire town in attendance.
